What this page collects
Only what you type into the booking form: the parent or guardian name, an email address, a phone number, the fencer's first name and age, the class you picked, and anything you write in the note box. Nothing else. There are no trackers, no advertising pixels and no third-party scripts on this site.
Why we ask for it
To hold your place in the class, to send you the registration and waiver form, and so the coach can reach you if something changes. The phone number is there because a class can move at short notice and email is slower than a call.
Where it goes
The booking is sent to the club's own inbox at hello@wcfa.club. The page is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and the message is delivered through Cloudflare, so it passes through their systems in transit. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
If you come to the class and join the club, your details become part of the club's membership records. If you do not, we delete the booking within twelve months.
Children
We ask for the fencer's first name and age only, never a surname, an address or a photograph. The form is filled in by an adult: the parent or guardian, or an adult booking for themselves.
Asking us to delete it
Write to hello@wcfa.club or call (408) 592-1244 and we will delete your booking. You do not have to give a reason.
